I work mostly in a goal focused way using Rational-Emotive and Behaviour Therapy (REBT). This is a CBT approach that help you understand the underlying beliefs you hold, which then cause your emotional, cognitive and behavioural problems.

Because it is important that we understand your problems and work towards solving them, I'm not the type of therapist that sits smiling sweetly and nobs a lot. Time is precious so I will be working in a way that helps you move forward towards your goals.

I will help teach you ways in which you can unlearn your unhealthy thinking and behaving, and inturn, teach you new, healthier, ways of being.

Oh, and we will negotiate homework at the end of each session, just for good measure.
